MIDNIGHT TANGO Takes £2 Million In Ticket Sales

Producers Arlene Phillips and Adam Spiegel have announced that box offices in London and around the country have been bombarded with requests for tickets to see Strictly's Vincent and Flavia in their own show, MIDNIGHT TANGO, and sales have now reached £2 million for the limited season West End run and the nationwide tour for 2012.

LAUGHING LIBERALLY: THIS AIN'T NO TEA PARTY, now enjoying an extended run Off-Broadway at the Midtown Theatre, 163 West 46th Street (just east of Broadway), will celebrate the departure of FOX NEWS's Glenn Beck, with a special edition dedicated to him, this Thursday at 8pm, featuring Beck-themed commentary and a farewell toast as well as an all-star line-up of aggressive progressives delivering a night of Laughter from the Left, including John Fugelsang, Lee Camp, Baratunde Thurston, Katie Halper, Negin Farsad and Jamie Jackson. (Performances continue every Thursday throughout the summer).

MIDNIGHT TANGO is the creation of Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace, stars of the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. The show has been touring the United Kingdom since April and has been the fastest selling show of the year in many of the venues. Producers of the show, Arlene Phillips and Adam Spiegel, are delighted to announce that MIDNIGHT TANGO will now be seen in the West End at the Aldwych Theatre for a strictly limited season, opening on 20 January 2012. The season must end on 31 March.
