Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College continues its 60th Anniversary Season with an evening of joyous and uplifting music by South Africa's Grammy Award-winning Ladysmith Black Mambazo on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 8pm. Wareham are thrilled to present Ed Asner, recipient of seven Emmy Awards ('Mary Tyler Moore Show', 'Lou Grant') and 16 nominations, five Golden Globe Awards, and member of the TV Academy Hall of Fame, starring in the solo performance drama, FDR, based upon Dore Schary's Broadway hit 'Sunrise at Campobello', which ran 70 weeks on Broadway.

The Society of Voice Arts & Sciences (SOVAS) will hold the 1st Annual 'Voice Arts Awards' on Sunday, November 9th in New York (Astoria) at the Museum of the Moving Image at 8:00pm ET. The 'Oscars for Voice', the awards s ceremony recognizes top tier voiceover artists from film, television, audiobooks, video games, and commercials. It's the first awards program to honor A-list entertainers and voiceover artists in this billion-dollar industry.
