Using the philosophy that one good farce deserves another, Hedgerow Theatre follows its popular summer comedy with BULLSHOT CRUMMOND, a madcap parody of 1930s detective films that recreates in comic fashion movie special effects on stage. It runs from tonight, September 3, to October 11, with previews today and tomorrow, September 3 and 4 at 7:30 p.m. and the opening night this Saturday, September 5 at 8 p.m.

Due to a combination of language barriers and indifference on the callers' part, Riney noticed that the calls became increasingly entertaining, leaving friends and family members laughing hysterically as they listened to the exchanges. He posted new entries from time to time on Facebook (facebook.com/messingwithtelemarketers), amassing a tremendous following, then realized that the next step was to collect them all in one place for readers to enjoy. 'Float' is a musical written by Peter Dizozza and directed by Francesse Maingrette. The piece originated from the turmoil and personal exploration following the death of the playwright's mother. It uses music, poetry, comedy, drama and dance to chronicle the development of two surviving members of the Floater Family as they go out of their element (water) to experience life on land, air and fire. We see through the eyes of the members of the Floater family and the characters find themselves through their exploration of the world by enjoying each of its four elements. 'Float' will have its world premiere September 7 to 19 in Theater for the New City's 2015 Dream Up Festival.

Steven Berkoff and Shobu Kapoor return to the stage to play opposite Sanjeev Bhaskar in the world premiere of Anthony Horowitz's new play Dinner with Saddam.  The production, directed by Lindsay Posner, opens on 22 September, with previews from 10 September, and runs until 14 November.
