FACT (Friends Always Creating Theatre) in their 5th New York season are presenting a new twist to an old fairy tale by updating the famous brother & sister, Hansel & Gretel and putting the action of this world-famous story in the heart of Manhattan.

Matt Mezzacappa, who made his Broadway debut in the Original Cast-World Premiere of the Menken/Ahrens/Ockrent A Christmas Carol as Tiny Tim has assumed the role of Peter in 'The Lost Boy' by the late Ron Palillo for tonight's Benefit Reading, October 14 at 7:30pm at Actors Temple Theatre, Off-Broadway.

Friends Always Creating Theatre lives-up to its name as they open their 5th season. They are one of the most prolific companies in New York City and will start this season by presenting a One-Night Only Staged Reading of 'The Lost Boy' by the late Ron Paolillo (aka Ron Pallilo) starring Broadway's Blake Hammond and Guiseppe Bausilio.

THE SONG OF EDDIE KING, a modern day Oedipus, will be presented as a reading by FRIENDS ALWAYS CREATING (FACT) THEATRE as part of a benefit evening being held tonight, May 20th at 7:00PM at Roy Arias Theatre, 300 West 43rd Street. The evening will consist of an hour long reading of the new play, an auction and raffle and wine and a talk back with the author of the play, Jamesai Schempp.

Beginning today, April 6 at 3pm, at Stage 72 @ The Triad Theatre, 158 W. 72nd Street, (2nd Floor) NYC. The show is to run in Rep with their current hit production celebrating it's 7th month Off Broadway, 'A Mermaids' Tale'. They will alternate each Today.

For the first time this will be presented at the historic Stonewall today, November 18 at 3:00 pm, Monday, November 19 at 7:30 pm, Today, November 25 at 3:00 pm, Monday, November 26 at 7:30 pm.

Friends Always Creating Theatre, a not-for-profit Theatre Company founded by Jack Dyville and David Gillam Fuller is presenting the 4th annual Gaylicious Play Festival. In a time where some theatre companies are struggling to produce even one show and many actors are- as actors often are- spending more time doing other things than acting, there is one theatre and company and an actress that are both incredibly busy. It seemed worthwhile to see what these two are doing to keep so busy and how their paths came to cross.

Fact Theatre Company is concluding its third season with their annual PAGE 2 STAGE repertoire. FACT focuses on developing new work and the two shows being presented were developed during their playwright's forums.

While the name L. Frank Baum is most immediately associated with his legendary workThe Wizard of Oz, the author is one of the most prolific writers to date. Following the success of Oz, Baum would go on to write the charming underwater adventure The Sea Fairies, published in 1911.
