Fresh from the success of Night of a Thousand Judys, The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre will move to 54 BELOW for a six-month run starting on Wednesday, July 24 at 9:30 PM. Known for its signature blend of outrageous comedy, politics, culture and everything in between, The Meeting* is moving uptown after four seasons of packed houses in the West Village. Justin Sayre and The Meeting* were named one of the Top 10 nightclub shows of 2011 by Time Out New York, received the 2012 Bistro Award for "Comedy Artistry" and a 2011 MAC Award nomination for Best Male Comedy Performance.

Legendary director/performer John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch) and sensational cabaret goddess Mx. Justin Vivian Bond (Shortbus) will headline the third annual 'Out in the Woods' Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) music festival at Easton Mountain Retreat Center in the beautiful rolling hills of upstate New York on August 10th. Fresh from the success of Night of a Thousand Judys, The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - the acclaimed comedy/variety show hailed as "rambunctious, uproarious and unpredictable" by The Wall Street Journal, "delicious and delightfully droll" by The New York Post, and "hilarious and sardonic" by The Village Voice - will move to 54 BELOW for a six month run starting on July 24.

Today Daniel Nardicio, the New York/ Fire Island Producer, releases images created by illustrator Glen Hanson exclusively for Nardicio's 2013 Icon Series on Fire Island. The Icon Series, features performers such as three-time Tony Winner, one-time Golden Globe Winner and Oscar Nominee Carol Channing paired with queer icon Justin Vivian Bond, cult filmmaker John Waters, singer and Wonder Woman icon Lynda Carter, three-time Tony winner Broadway actress Chita Rivera, raconteur and Oscar Award Show-writer Bruce Vilanch, amongst others. BEN RIMALOWER: 'PATTI ISSUES' - the hit solo play hailed as 'ecstatically vivid' by The New York Times and praised for its 'wit, feeling and conviction' by Time Out New York - has announced the seventh and final extension through August 15. The final show of the celebrated run at The Duplex in the West Village will celebrate the show's landmark one year anniversary.

The third annual 'Night of A Thousand Judys' - presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - featured Maude Maggart(Entertainment Weekly's 'Must List'), Tituss Burgess ('30 Rock,' Jersey Boys), Rachel Shukert (Starstruck), John Early ('30 Rock') and Becca Blackwell (Untitled Feminist Show). The third annual 'Night of A Thousand Judys' - presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - has added Carolee Carmello(Tony Award nominee for Scandalous), Justin VivIan Bond (Tony Award nominated performance artist), Lea DeLaria (acclaimed comedian and jazz vocalist), Jaime Cepero ('Smash'), Telly Leung ('Glee,' Godspell), Scott Matthew (Shortbus), Natalie Joy Johnson (Silence!, Legally Blonde) and Nancy Anderson (Wonderful Town, A Class Act) to the lineup of talent for the show tonight, June 17.

For the first time ever, the complete Molly Bloom monologue from James Joyce's Ulysses will be performed live by not one but two actresses, Caraid O'Brien and Bernadette Quigley, as a conversation that Molly has with her younger self. In addition to the show on Thursday, June 13, there will be an additional show tonight, June 14. Both will be at Mary's Attic at 8:00 PM. After rave reviews and a host of awards, the New York production of 'PATTI ISSUES' was recently extended for the sixth time and will run through June 29 at The Duplex in the West Village. Other summer tour spots include Fire Island Pines and Provincetown, hot off a recent string of sold-out performances in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Berkeley. The Shining Star Award, PS122's community award to those who greatly support the performing arts community, will be presented to Kickstarter and its co-founders Charles Adler, Perry Chen, and Yancey Strickler.
