Hartford Stage Collects Donations for Sandy Hook Elementary School

In light of recent events, Hartford Stage is collecting donations for the Sandy Hook United Way Fund to support the victims of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School last Friday. Donations for the Sandy Hook United Way Fund can be made in the lobby during all remaining performances of A Christmas Carol.

Family Fun Night is the perfect time for kids who want to see A Christmas Carol at Hartford Stage, but might be a little scared. Before the show, our spooky ghosts will greet and entertain for kids, so they can see the ghosts are not that scary after all. All kids 12 and under will get a free bag of popcorn before the show and light wands will be sold before the show so that kids can turn them on during the performance when the ghosts come out. After the show, get autographs from some of your favorite characters!

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Announces Summer Season

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre has today confirmed their complete 2013 season. Pride and Prejudice will follow the previously announced production of To Kill a Mockingbird, whilst The Winter's Tale re-imagined for everyone aged six and over will be staged prior to The Sound of Music to complete the Open Air Theatre's 2013 summer season.

Harrisburg Shakespeare Company will kick off its 2012-2013 Mainstage Season with Harper Lee's TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD Adapted by Christopher Sergel which will run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from tonight, October 27 - November 18 at Gamut Classic Theatre, located on the Third Floor of Strawberry Square, Downtown Harrisburg.
