MAD MAX, the sci-fi franchise that introduced Mel Gibson to the world, will come together for the first time as a Blu-ray collection when Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) debuts the Mad Max Trilogy on June 4th.

The Film Society of Lincoln Center announced today the lineup for THE LAST NEW WAVE: CELEBRATING THE AUSTRALIAN FILM REVIVAL, January 25-31, featuring a mix of established classics and forgotten gems, in beautiful restored prints courtesy of the National Film and Sound Archive.

Thousands of American school children who suffer with autism or have other behavioral issues have reportedly been injured and dozens have died after poorly trained teachers and school aides tried to subdue them, a major ABC News investigation has found. It is a troubling trend in the use of unduly harsh methods to restrain students who misbehave. Set design is by George Miller and costumes are the work of Barbara O'Donoghue.

The Young Playwrights' Festival & Gala is May 1 at 7:30pm, and marks the culmination of the Touchstone's Young Playwrights' Lab, an 8-week residency developed by Bethlehem Area School District teachers and Touchstone teaching artists to inspire literacy among local students.

Jubilee's production is directed by Tyrone King with musical direction by Joe Rogers. The original production of One Mo' Time played for over three years at the Village Gate Off-Broadway in 1979 before it was brought back to acclaim in the 2002 Broadway season.
