Harlem-based writer Penny Wrenn will return to her native soil of Lancaster on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 3 pm to share her witty and honest story of growing up black in the midst of Pennsylvania Dutch country in a special premiere of "Pretty for a Black Girl" at the Ware Center of Millersville University in Lancaster.
