Vital Theatre Company today announced that PINKALICIOUS, THE MUSICAL returns 45 Bleecker tonight, July 7th, 2012 with performances Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm following it's current run at Manhattan Movement and Arts Center (MMAC), which ends July 1st.

Today in 1980, the first Broadway revival of Camelot opened at the New York State Theatre, where it ran for 56 performances. Camelot is a musical by Alan Jay Lerner (book and lyrics) and Frederick Loewe (music). It is based on the King Arthur legend as adapted from the T. H. White tetralogy novel The Once and Future King. The original 1960 production, directed by Moss Hart and orchestrated by Robert Russell Bennett and Philip J. Lang, ran on Broadway for 873 performances, winning four Tony Awards and spawning several revivals, foreign productions and a 1967 film version. The 1980 cast starred Richard Burton, Christine Ebersole, and Richard Muenz.

Little Theatre of the Deaf Performs At Hygienic Art Park In August

The National Theatre of the Deaf has announced six performances of the Little Theatre of the Deaf company's family-oriented production Stories In My Pocket Too during the month of August 2012 at Hygienic Art Park in New London, CT. These performances are funded in part by a grant from The City of New London Water Authority Community Fund and a generous contribution by Hygienic Art.

Main Street Theater Opens DOG ACT, 7/13-29
