NBC Olympics won four prestigious Olympic Golden Rings awards -- three Gold and one Silver in the four categories it was eligible, including Gold for Best Olympic Program -- last night in Lausanne, Switzerland at the International Olympic Committee's biennial awards ceremony. The Olympic Golden Rings are awarded by the IOC to honor broadcasters for their outstanding coverage of the Olympic Games. Last night's awards were specifically for the London Olympics.

Emmy-winner, Peewee Piemonte has signed on as Stunt Coordination for TNT's hit show, SouthLAnd's Season 5. Principle photography began this week. Piemonte won the Emmy for Outstanding Stunt Coordination for the popular series two years running (2011 & 2012) and is now setting his sights on a third.

On this occasion, I took my good friend and castmate Tessa Alves with me, and we headed straight to the Planetarium show. I have seen this spectacular exhibit three times, and each time I see it, I become re-inspired with life, and I always leave with a sense of inner peace and tranquility. If you like science or have interest in learning more about our Universe, then you need to see this show.

THE IMPOSSIBLE is coming to theaters on December 21st 2012 from Summit Entertainment. Deadline reports that Ewan McGregor has signed on to star in the upcoming crime thriller SON OF A GUN. The film will be shot on location in Australia beginning in early 2013. Julius Avery penned the script and will make his directorial debut on the film.
