Colt Chambers, most notably known nationally as 'America's Youngest Theatre Producer,' has been confirmed to host and perform at the 2013, inaugural, IMEA Awards. The IMEA Awards will be presented on November 2, 2013 at the Paramount Arts Center in Ashland, Kentucky. The IMEA Awards were designed to honor and recognize the best in independent music and community and regional theatre and are presented by the International Music and Entertainment Association, Inc., and produced by Colt D. Chambers Theatrical Enterprises.

To kick off its first New York golf tournament, the SAG Foundation held 'The Night Before Event' on Sunday, October 6 at 54 Below in New York City. This exclusive event for 150 friends of the Foundation was also sponsored by Integrated Wealth Management along with Harold Matzner and One America. Guests were brought to their feet by a show-stopping one hour performance of Academy Award-winning and nominated songs by the talented cast of Live it Up Productions including Broadway actress and singer Eden Espinosa. Broadway's Eden Espinosa (Brooklyn, Wicked, RENT) has been confirmed as a performer and honoree at the Inaugural IMEA Awards. The 2013 IMEA Awards will be presented on November 2, 2013 at the Paramount Arts Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

On August 26, Marty Thomas (Xanadu, Wicked, The Secret Garden) celebrated his birthday with the 5th Annual Glitter Ball at Industry Bar. Billy Porter, 2013 Tony Award Winner for Best Actor in a Musical (Kinky Boots) surprised students of Broadway Artists Alliance Summer Intensive Session One with his appearance on July 25th. Porter entertained the students with tales of his experiences. In addition, he participated in a Q&A, answering student's questions and providing advice for young performers. Now, in her new solo show, Eden Espinosa: Look Around, she takes on modern Broadway hits from Aida, Rent and Wicked along with a few of her signature re-imaginings of popular songs by Joni Mitchell, Eva Cassidy, Sia, Cyndi Lauper and more.

In his career, Levi Kreis has released a total of six albums. Not only does Kreis have four studio albums, a live album, and an album of demos under his belt, but he also has a shiny Tony Award somewhere at home. Of course, Kreis is too humble to let it all go to his head. In fact, Kreis needs to be reminded to look back some times to recognize his major successes. Kreis just released his newest studio album IMAGINE PARADISE, and to positive reception. The album founded by Kickstarter allowed Kreis to channel fan support to make music after a four-year hiatus.

Tony Award winner Gabriel Ebert visited students at Broadway Artists Alliance Alumni Session to share his journey from young actor to Tony Award Winner. Earlier this year, Ebert won the 2013 Tony Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Mr. Wormwood in Matilda the Musical. Scroll down for photos from the event!
