Tony Award winning playwright Richard Greenberg's new play, Breakfast at Tiffany's will soon open at the Cort Theatre (138 W 48th Street). Directed by Sean Mathias, Breakfast at Tiffany's begins preview performances on Monday, March 4, 2013 and officially opens on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. This stage adaption of Truman Capote's classic novella will star Emilia Clarke (HBO's 'Game of Thrones') in the iconic role of 'Holly Golightly,' Cory Michael Smith as 'Fred,' and George Wendt as 'Joe Bell.'

The producers have successfully secured funding for the Broadway production and rehearsals will continue in preparation for first preview on March 4. Audiences will indeed get to fall in love with Capote's most iconic character, Holly Golightly, live and in person this Spring.'

According to the New York Times, the producers of the upcoming world premiere of Tony Award winning playwright Richard Greenberg's new play, Truman Capote's Breakfast at Tiffany's, are trying to raise funds for the show after an investor dropped out last minute. The cast, currently in rehearsals, was told that the production would be 'in jeopardy' if the necesary $1 million is not quickly raised.

Ghost The Musical opens April 23rd at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy are reprising their starring roles as Sam and Molly, which they originated in London's hit West End production.
