FOO FIGHTERS: SONIC HIGHWAYS will debut FRIDAY, OCT. 17 (11:00 p.m.-midnight ET/PT), followed by other episodes debuting subsequent Fridays at the same time.

Walnut Street Theatre opens its landmark 206th season with the wildly entertaining 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL. Directed by Bruce Lumpkin, with choreography by Michelle Gaudette, this outrageous musical comedy begins previews on September 2nd, opens on September 10th and runs through October 19th on the Walnut's Mainstage.

The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre, the acclaimed comedy/variety show, will return to JOE'S PUB at The Public Theater in September 2014 for the launch of its landmark 6th season. The Meeting* has been called "delicious and delightfully droll" by The New York Post, and "hilarious and sardonic" by The Village Voice. A recent story for Slate.com called the evening "so deliciously icy that it left me shivering with fear and delight." The Fall 2014 season feature tributes to the beloved soul diva Amy Winehouse (September 14), Broadway and Hollywood star Julie Andrews (October 19), Warhol Superstar Candy Darling (November 16) and the 6th annual Holiday Spectacular (December 7). All performances are Sundays at 9:30 PM. Tracy Stark serves as the show's Music Director. Special guests will be announced shortly.

Opening Night of the 18th Annual Philadelphia Fringe Festival (Sept 5, 2014), will launch three weeks of free late-night comedy, theater and music at FringeArts' permanent home at 140 N. 'FOUR WOMEN,' which celebrates the music of Dr. Nina Simone, Lena Horne, Abbey Lincoln and Billie Holiday, will have its US premiere on Monday, September 8 at 7:00 PM. The exciting evening of songs connected with these dynamic, iconic women includes 'Can't Help Lovin' That Man,' 'Throw It Away,' 'God Bless The Child,' and, of course, Dr. Simone's legendary composition, 'Four Women.' This program debuted in London earlier in 2014 and received a rare five-star review in The Times of London, which called her 'a true force of nature.'

Get ready for a wickedly good time when the bewitching musical comedy, The Witches of Eastwick, hits the Ogunquit Playhouse stage September 3 through 27. Based on the Warner Brothers hit motion picture, this hysterical and devilish show with its beautiful original score was declared "musical comedy heaven" by London's Daily Mail. The Ogunquit Playhouse is proud to have been selected by world-renowned theatre producer Cameron Mackintosh as the American Northeast premiere of his hit stage adaptation of The Witches of Eastwick.
