On Friday, November 15th at 7:30pm, the Ridgefield Playhouse Film Society 'Documentary Film Series' presents 'Casting By,' featured on HBO and distributed by Submarine Deluxe. The international film festival award-winning feature documentary, puts the spotlight on the casting director and takes us on a fast-paced journey through the last 50 years of Hollywood history spotlighting filmmaking's unsung hero - the casting director.

In addition to previously announced honoree Alexander Payne and Cannes Best Actor award winner Bruce Dern, Academy Award-nominated actor Terence Stamp (The Limey, Billy Budd) will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award and actress Natalie Dormer ('Game of Thrones') will receive the Discovery Award as part of the 16th Annual Savannah Film Festival, which will take place from today, October 26th to November 2nd. Alec Baldwin, Miles Teller and James Toback are among the special guests attending the festival.
