Theatre at breakfast is once again on the menu this Festival. Back by popular demand are two acclaimed Traverse Theatre Company productions which were developed from script-in-hand readings last year as part of the Herald Angel award-winning Dream Plays series. The shows will run Tuesday 13 - Sunday 25 August 2013.

MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL began performances on March 11 and will open on Broadway on April 14, 2013 at The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46 Street). Directed by Charles Randolph-Wright, MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL features a book by Berry Gordy and music and lyrics from the legendary Motown catalogue. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Little Anthony and The Imperials, the Chi-Lites, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas and The Stylistics will help headline the 17-city VA Salute to Veteran Patients, Valentines for Veterans Concert Series slated for February 10-21, 2011. Other Artists in the lineup include The Charlie Thomas Drifters, The Platters, the 5th Dimension starring Florence LaRue, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Dennis Edwards and The Temptations Review, pop oldies icon Gary Lewis and The Playboys, A Tribute to the Drifters starring Bobby Hendricks, country music stars Daryle Singletary and Aaron Tippin, Grand Ole Opry Hall of Fame inductee Lorrie Morgan, the Silver Screen Cowboy Show, Latin heartthrob Jon Secada and American Idol finalist, Matt Giraud. The Concert Series is sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and national nonprofit organization Help Hospitalized Veterans (HHV), along with local VA medical centers and countless community organizations and sponsors.
