The Barnstormers Theater opens Friday with An Angel in the Park written and directed by R. Bruce Warren. This 'feel good original comedy' features four separate visits to Bench Number 14 in the park. It's a family friendly show at The Barnstormers just in time for the springtime.

Conceived and directed by Tony-winner Tommy Tune and written by Mark Saltzman, FIFTY FOUR FOREVER, will receive its world premiere at The University of Miami's Jerry Herman Ring Theatre, from November 9 to 19. The new work conceived and directed by Tommy Tune and written by Mark Saltzman, originally titled FOREVER 54, will now be titled FIFTY FOUR FOREVER. It will receive its world premiere at The University of Miami's Jerry Herman Ring Theatre, from November 9 to 19.

The result of a unique collaboration between New York Stage and Film and Vassar College, the program consists of an eight-week residency on the Vassar campus (124 Raymond Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY) during which more than 200 professional artists and some 40 apprentices live and work together to create new theater works. The 2011 Main Stage season kicks off with Patricia Wettig's F2M (June 29 - July 10).

Producer Orin Wolf and Off the Aisle Productions have announced that It Must Be Him, a new comedy by Kenny Solms, co-creator and writer of the legendary, Emmy Award-winning 'Carol Burnett Show,' will premiere this summer at the Peter J. Sharp Theatre (416 West 42nd Street). Directed by Daniel Kutner, It Must Be Him began performances on Tuesday, August 24, and officially opened on Wednesday, September 1. The limited engagement ends Sunday, September 26.
