Single and group tickets for Hartford Stage's 2019/2020 season are now on sale. The Tony Award-winning regional theatre's upcoming season will captivate audiences with classic and contemporary stories of redemption, reconnection, rediscovery, resilience, reinvention and resplendence.

The National Theatre's 2019-2020 Broadway at the National season continues with an unprecedented lineup of a dozen shows.

Chicago Shakespeare Theater announces today its 2019/20 Season-featuring an expansive line-up of plays, musicals, new work, and presentations from around the globe to engage one of the broadest audiences of any theater in America today.

Hartford Stage announced today the last two plays of the 56th season. Incoming Hartford Stage Artistic Director Melia Bensussenwill stage the Eugene O'Neill coming-of-age comedy Ah, Wilderness! It will be Bensussen's first production as Artistic Director at Hartford Stage. Former Hartford Stage Artistic Director Michael Wilson will return to direct the original play that inspired the Oscar-winning film The King's Speech, written by its Oscar-winning screenwriter David Seidler.

The 4TH Annual ASIAN WORLD FILM FESTIVAL (AWFF) will close with an awards presentation honoring actresses Lisa Lu and Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) with the Snow Leopard Awards at the festival's closing night ceremony. AWFF is once again partnering with The Snow Leopard Trust to raise awareness for the endangered snow leopard and its ecosystem in the high mountains of Asia. The Awards ceremony, will be followed by a screening of China's In Harm's Way and a reception at the Culver Hotel.

The 4th Annual Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) will once again be held in Culver City, with opening night scheduled for Wednesday, October 24, 2018 and closing night Thursday, November 1, it was announced today by the film festival's Executive Director, Georges N. Chamchoum. This year's theme will focus on the female empowerment.

The ABC Television Network series SPEECHLESS will be honored with the Annie Glenn Award for 2017 by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Muse Entertainment has acquired the rights to Amp'd, the debut novel by two-time Emmy award nominated screenwriter and author Ken Pisani. Amp'd is set to be developed as a half-hour premium comedy series with Pisani adapting. Muse Entertainment's latest event television, the miniseries The Kennedys: After Camelot, starring Katie Holmes and Matthew Perry, is in post, while its series Bellevue, a mystery thriller starring Anna Paquin and Allen Leech, began filming this September.

When the film was released in 2010 starring Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush, it became the most successful independent British production at the UK box office taking £250m and winning a series of Oscars.
