BroadwayWorld has learned that Anything Goes star Joel sustained a minor fracture in his left foot while walking around New York City. His doctors expect him to make a full recovery in two weeks and he is expected to return to the production as soon as he is able. Robert Creighton will perform the role of 'Moonface Martin' until Joel's return.

As previously reported, Roundabout Theatre Company recently announced a new block of tickets now on-sale through April 29th, 2012 for their Tony-winning production of Anything Goes. It was originally scheduled to run through Sunday, July 31st, 2011. The production currently stars 2011 Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as 'Reno Sweeney' and Tony and Academy Award winner Joel Grey as 'Moonface Martin,' and is directed and choreographed by 2011 Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 20, 21, 22, The Mabel Mercer Foundation presents its 22nd annual Cabaret Convention at The Rose Theater, Frederick P. Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Performances begin each evening at 6 o'clock and run 2 hours and 30 minutes with an intermission. More than forty exemplary vocalists and musicians are scheduled to appear in three diverse programs.
