Jeanna de Waal (currently starring in Broadway's Kinky Boots; who also starred in the Off-Broadway revival of Carrie; Green Day's American Idiot on Broadway; We Will Rock You on the West End; and Glinda in the National Tour of Wicked) has joined the lineup of special guests for Martin and Realbuto's April 25th Outcasts Like Us concert at 54 Below. Previously announced Anneliese van der Pol has left the event due to scheduling issues.

Popular up and coming writers Tim Realbuto and Matthew Martin (creators of the Broadway bound musical Ghostlight) will be doing their second concert at 54 Below, following their hugely successful concert last month. This encore presentation is entitled Outcasts Like Us: More Songs by Martin and Realbuto and will benefit the charity STOMP Out Bullying.

Ovation Award-nominated actor/composer, and star of the Off-Broadway hit musical Murder for Two, Brett Ryback will premiere new songs at 54 Below in Songs I Wrote, a night featuring his work as a composer/lyricist.

The Wild Root Company, a non-profit New York City-based production endeavor committed to cultivating and presenting bold news works of theatre and film from emerging playwrights and screenwriters, opened its limited 5 performance run of fully staged workshop performances of Rocco Natale's haunting new drama Room at the End of the Hall to a sold out house yesterday, March 6, 2014 at the Fourth Street Theatre in Manhattan. Limited seating is still available for the remaining performances tonight, Friday March 7 at 3 pm and 8 pm and tomorrow, Saturday March 8 at 2 pm and 8 pm. Check out a first look below!

Well Hello, Little Girl... There were Giants in the Sky last night at 54 Below when host Phil Geoffrey Bond (Sondheim Unplugged) and some of Broadway and cabaret's spookiest talents (along with a ghoulish trio of Sondheimhood's creepiest musicians) collided for a night celebrating the music of these two landmark musicals.

Attend the Tale... 54 Below, Broadway's Nightclub, is thrilled to celebrate Halloween (Tonight, October 31 at 9:30pm) with a special evening of songs from two beloved musicals: Stephen Sondheim's masterpieces, Sweeney Todd and Into the Woods. Expect a night of chills and thrills as some of Broadway and cabaret's spookiest performers descend on the midtown boite for what promises to be an All Hallows Eve to remember.

The York Theatre Company launches its 2013-14 season with a special concert presentation of the musical Six Wives, with Book and Lyrics by Joe Masteroff and Music by Edward Thomas tonight. Directed by David Green, and with Music Direction by Dennis Buck, the five member cast features Nick Wyman and Claybourne Elder, with Judy Kaye and Alexander Silber as the six wives, and Alexander Gemignani playing Henry VIII.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Andrew Levine, Executive Director) launches its 2013-14 season with a special concert presentation of the musical Six Wives, with Book and Lyrics by Joe Masteroff and Music by Edward Thomas. Directed by David Green, and with Music Direction by Dennis Buck, the five member cast will feature Nick Wyman and Liam Forde, who replaces the previously announced Claybourne Elder, with Judy Kaye and Alexander Silber as the six wives, and Alexander Gemignani playing Henry VIII. The one-night only concert event will be held tonight, October 28, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (Citicorp Building, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue).

In a joint effort to produce and foster new work, The Living Room, in association with the Kansas City Repertory Theatre, will present a concert reading of Nathan Tysen and the popular Midwest band Joe's Pet Project's new rock theatre piece Stillwater. This exciting new fusion of rock concert and musical theatre will be performed with actors from Kansas City, New York and Chicago, at 7 pm and 10 pm, tonight, October 20, 2013 at The Living Room 1818 McGee Street in Kansas City, MO.
