According to the New York Times, theatre review FORBIDDEN BROADWAY, which began back in 1982 and hasn't been seen in New York City since 2009, will make a return this summer. Cabaret Cares/Help Is On The Way Today has annouced their sixth annual Gala Fundraiser will be held on May 20, 2012 at the Laurie Beechman Theater. Help Is On The Way Today, founded by 2012 MAC Award Winner Joseph macchia, is a 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to assisting children living with HIV/AIDS. The talent line up has just added the hilarious Christine (S**t Liza Minelli Says) Pedi. Robert Creighton, of the Tony Award winning cast of Anything Goes, will act as auctioneer.

Walker has been a swing in NEWSical since 2009. He replaces John Walton West, who played his final performance on April 4.
