The producers of the national tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, and Fred Meyer Broadway In Boise announced today that single tickets go on sale today, March 20th at 10:00 AM. Jason Robert Brown revealed in concert on Friday night at SubCulture in New York City that he is at work on a new musical adaptation of the 1992 Tom Hanks film, A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN. No word yet as to when we may hear the Tony Award-winner's score or who else is on the creative team.

First-Ever Autism-Friendly Performance of ALADDIN Set for This Sunday

This Sunday March 8, 1:00pm matinee performance of Disney's Tony Award-winning musical, Aladdin at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 West 42nd Street) completes the fourth season of autism-friendly performances presented by TDF's Autism Theatre Initiative (ATI). The other autism-friendly performances of Broadway shows presented this past season have been The Lion King, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time and Matilda.
