BWW Review: SOMETHING ROTTEN! Wows Nashville Audiences During Show's TPAC Run

Nashville audiences have long been noted for their generosity in rewarding performances with a standing ovation - to the point that they have become rather commonplace - but never before have we witnessed a 'standing O' at the end of a particularly raucous, thoroughly inspiring and resolutely entertaining musical number. That is, we had never seen it happen until opening night at the conclusion of the rousing and rollicking 'A Musical' that comes midway through Act One of Something Rotten!, the uproarious Broadway hit that made its Music City debut at Tennessee Performing Arts Center's Andrew Jackson Hall on Tuesday evening.

Broadway In Chicago has announced that Disney's ALADDIN and the Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE KING AND I will make 1776 half-price tickets available through the League of Chicago Theatres' Hot Tix program today, June 28, beginning at 12 PM through Sunday, July 9, 2017.

Tickets for Disney's ALADDIN at the SHN Orpheum Theatre On Sale 6/16

Disney Theatrical Productions and SHN announced today that tickets for the long-awaited engagement of Disney's ALADDIN will go on sale to the public on Friday, June 16. The hit Broadway musical will begin performances on November 1, 2017 for a limited engagement of 10 weeks through January 7, 2018.

Disney's ALADDIN Tickets On Sale Friday, 6/9

Disney Theatrical Productions and Hennepin Theatre Trust announced today that Disney's ALADDIN, will launch the 2017-2018 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin Season when it makes its Minnesota premiere Friday, Sept. 15-Sunday, Oct. 8 at the historic Orpheum Theatre (910 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis) for a limited engagement of four weeks. The official opening night is Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
