THE BOOK OF MORMON Announces The Drawing Ticket Policy

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, is pleased to announce the drawing ticket policy for the National Tour, which begins AUGUST 1ST at the ECCLES THEATER in SALT LAKE CITY and plays a limited three-week engagement through AUGUST 20TH. In SALT LAKE CITY, the production will conduct a pre-show drawing at the box office, making 25 tickets available at $25 apiece. The lineup and drawing will be held on Regent Street near the Regent Street Black Box ticket office entrance.

The National Tour of Aladdin proudly celebrated their 100th performance in Chicago. Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, the show features music by Tony Award and eight-time Oscar®winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Sister Act), lyrics by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid), three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice (Evita, Aida) and four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (The Wedding Singer), with a book by Beguelin, and is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon,Something Rotten!).

The completely original new musical Something Rotten!, directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon, Aladdin), with music and lyrics by Grammy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Wayne Kirkpatrick and Golden Globe Award and Tony Award nominee Karey Kirkpatrick and a book by Tony Award nominees Karey Kirkpatrick and best-selling author John O'Farrell, begins performances at The 5th Avenue Theatre on September 12 (press opening Friday, September 15), and runs through October 1, 2017. Ben Platt who just last month won the 2017 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for Dear Evan Hansen tweeted over the July 4th holiday in response to a few fan complaints about him not appearing at the stage door post show.
