BELL, BOOK AND CANDLE, playing at Westerly's Granite Theatre through October 28th, is the perfect choice of a play for this month, when thoughts of Halloween and all things spooky and mystical are in the air.

Book and Candle" a romantic comedy by John Van Druten is opening October 12 at the Granite Theatre. Producer/ Artistic Director for the theatre is David Jepson. The show runs October 12 - 28, 2018.

Westerly's Granite Theatre knows how to stage a good mystery. Whether weaving through plot twists penned by Agatha Christie or deftly melding horror and comedy ala Joseph Kesselring, the Granite reliably delivers a solid 'whodunit' season after season. This spring, the company lives up to its sterling reputation with a production of DIAL M FOR MURDER that absolutely sparkles.

"Dial M for Murder" is opening March 23 at the Granite Theatre.  The show is a classic thriller. Alfred Hitchcock turned it into a cinematic blockbuster that captivated audiences.  An outstanding cast thrusts the audience into the middle of this psychologically immersive thriller. With "Communicating Doors" by Alan Ayckbourn the Granite Theatre is stretching into even greater, more challenging contemporary works of theatre, bound to intrigue and delight all audiences. Ayckbourn, a master of comedies of manners shows his versatility in this hilarious comic time traveling thriller, packed with surprises that keeps the audience on their seat edges. The Gallery Players of Park Slope, Brooklyn are hosting the 16th Annual Black Box New Play Festival. The Festival premieres 14 new plays, varying from 10 minute to full length productions, over the course of four weekends. Each weekend will contain a different program of plays, beginning May 30th and running to June 23rd. Performances will take place at 8:00pm on Thursday, Today and Saturday, as well as 3:00pm on Sunday.
