The Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) and the Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) tonight announced the winners of the 2019 Writers Guild Awards for outstanding achievement in writing for film, television, new media, videogames, news, radio/audio, promotional, and graphic animation categories at concurrent ceremonies at the Edison Ballroom in New York City and The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

World of Wonder, the creative minds behind Emmy® award-winning RuPaul's Drag Race, Million Dollar Listing franchise, and Mapplethorpe: Look at the Pictures, will roll out a new original series and all-new episodes of fan-favorite programming this month on its owned and operated subscription service WOW Presents Plus. As the A-List stars and Hollywood join together to celebrate the year's best in film and television as chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press, Ryan Seacrest and “E! News'” Giuliana Rancic will once again co-host the network's signature “E! Live From the Red Carpet: The 2019 Golden Globe Awards” bringing viewers the most spontaneous and genuine interviews with Hollywood's biggest stars and nominees, alongside “Nightly Pop” co-hosts Morgan Stewart and Nina Parker. 'NBC's New Year's Eve' will kick off 2019 with the biggest names in music as Jennifer Lopez and Bebe Rexha join the previously announced line-up that includes Diana Ross, Kelly Clarkson, Andy Grammer, John Legend and Blake Shelton, as well as Keith Urban and Brett Young, who will perform live from Jack Daniel's Music City Midnight: New Year's Eve in Nashville. 

Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb will ring in the New Year with A Toast to 2018, a star-studded New Year's Eve primetime special highlighting the year's biggest pop culture moments, videos and trends. An all-star cast of celebrities - from Michael Bublé and Ellie Kemper to Kenan Thompson and Busy Philipps - will dish on the most talked-about stories that made for an unforgettable 2018. The two-hour special airs Monday, December 31 at 8pm/7c on NBC.

NBC begins 2019 with music's biggest names in an evening that can't be missed. "NBC's New Year's Eve" will feature performances by the incredible Diana Ross, Kelly Clarkson, Andy Grammer, John Legend and Blake Shelton.

The fan-fueled fifth annual iHeartRadio Music Awards announced the winners last night at the historic, 'Fabulous' Forum in Los Angeles. The event was be hosted by Hailey Baldwin and DJ Khaled.
