Today, November 6, is one of celebration for JERSEY BOYS everywhere. Toronto's Production of Jersey Boys just announced an extension through to March 21, 2010, the first day of Spring. The story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, this musical has been wowing Toronto audiences for almost a year and a half.

Following the curtain call, the Chicago Company of JERSEY BOYS honored Mayor Daley and the City of Chicago with a performance of a special Four Seasons-style arrangement of 'My Kind of Town.'

Jeff Madden, currently starring as music legend Frankie Valli in the Toronto production of JERSEY BOYS, was given the chance to sit down with the real Frankie Valli this past weekend, the Toronto Star reports. Madden questioned Valli on his views of success, family, and the like in their short conversation. Valli is in town to perform a concert at Massey Hall on November 6th, as previously reported.

More than 80 mayors were on hand for a special reception co-hosted by Mayor Richard M. Daley (City of Chicago) and Jeffery T. Sherwin (City of Northlake and Chair, Metropolitan Mayors Caucus). They were able to have a special meet and greet with the Chicago's Four Seasons (Michael Cunio as Tommy DeVito, Michael Ingersoll as Nick Massi, Dominic Scaglione Jr. as Frankie Valli and Shonn Wiley as Bob Gaudio).
