Thursday Night Football on NBC debuts tonight with an NFC South showdown, when Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints visit Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers. Pre-game coverage starts at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC with Football Night in Carolina, and will include a conversation between Brees and NFL Insider Peter King, which took place in Brees' car en route to Saints practice early Tuesday morning.

NBC's Sunday Night Football -- primetime television's No. 1 show -- continues this week when Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers visit Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins in a rematch of last season's NFC Wild Card game.
