Director and actor Natalija Nogulich has been named as director for the Chicago premiere of songwriter Spider Saloff's one-woman musical, THE ROAR OF THE BUTTERFLY, to be presented by KMP Artists at Victory Gardens' Richard Christiansen Theater May 2 - 20, 2012. In the tradition of Lilly Tomlin and Tracey Ullman, Saloff portrays eight different characters in this new musical comedy.

Professional Facilities Management brings this show, upon which the classic 1964 Audrey Hepburn movie was based, to the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall on Wednesday, March 7 through Sunday, March 11 for a limited 8 performances.

THE PEARL THEATRE COMPANY (J.R. Sullivan, Artistic Director) has announced the appointment of David Roberts as the new Managing Director of the 28 year-old organization. Beginning February 27, Roberts will helm the administrative operations at The Pearl as the company prepares its final production of the current season, A Moon for the Misbegotten. Mr. Roberts replaces Shira Beckerman, who ended her tenure as the managerial head of the company last fall to become Managing Director of the Philadelphia Theatre Company.

Beginning performances on March 6, 2012 at New York City Center Stage II, this masterpiece, written in the twilight of O'Neill's illustrious career, follows a moonlight encounter between two lonely souls. The production will be directed by J.R. Sullivan.
