Seize the day one last time! NEWSIES: THE BROADWAY MUSICAL, the TonyAward-Winning Broadway Musical, is back by popular demand for a special encore presentation at The El Capitan Theatre, August 4-9, 2017 and stars Jeremy Jordan, reprising his Tony Award-Nominated performance as 'Jack Kelly.'

The Broadway in the Boros series concluded last night, July 31st, in the Bronx with a free outdoor screening of 'Disney's Newsies: The Broadway Musical!'. The event was hosted by Newsies alum Tommy Bracco and featured performances from Broadway cast members Adam Kaplan and Liana Hunt. Scroll down for photos!

When David Moscow made his 'Big'-screen debut in 1988, it was huge. Penny Marshall had plucked this precocious, 11-year-old kid from the Bronx to play the younger version of Tom Hanks' character, Josh Baskin. This comic fantasy-fable about a boy who literally became 'Big' overnight, was a giant box-office hit. Moscow was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Young Actor in a Comedy. And in that same season, another kid won for Best Young Actor in a Drama: Christian Bale for 'Empire of the Sun.'

BroadwayCon's star-studded lineup continues to grow, including the original voice of the hit animated movie 'Anastasia,' fan favorite Paula from the CW's 'Crazy Ex Girlfriend,' and more.

Due to the inclement weather, Disney's NEWSIES screening, scheduled for tonight as part of Broadway in the Boros, has been postponed until next Monday, July 31.

BroadwayCon has announced the annual Call for Programming is now open! Broadway fans are invited to submit programming proposals for BroadwayCon 2018.

BroadwayCon has just announed that Sierra Boggess, Drew Gasparini, Rodney Hicks, Patrick Hinds, and Chris McCarrell have joined the Special Guest lineup for BroadwayCon 2018.

In partnership with the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment's Broadway in the Boros series, 'Disney's Newsies: The Broadway Musical!' will premiere the first outdoor screening of the film on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Williamsbridge Park Oval in the Bronx (3225 Reservoir Oval E).

Mirvish Productions presents BEAUTIFUL - THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL, with a book by Douglas McGrath and music by Gerry Goffin & Carole King and Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil. The musical follows King's journey - from the sale of her very first song, to her solo performance at Carnegie Hall. Featuring some of the most well-known songs of all time, BEAUTIFUL is a night out at the theatre that promises to have you groovin' in your seat.

The highly anticipated engagement in Toronto of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning hit musical BEAUTIFUL - THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL begins performances today - June 27 and plays through September 3, 2017 at the Ed Mirvish Theatre.  Media night is Wednesday July 5, 2017.

BroadwayCon has announced that Nicholas Barasch, Ariana DeBose, Gideon Glick, Randy Graff, and Doug Wright have joined the Special Guest lineup for BroadwayCon 2018.

Due to an immensely successful and record-breaking cinematic debut, 'Disney's Newsies: The Broadway Musical!' returns to movie theaters nationwide for a two-day encore presentation. ???????BEAUTIFUL THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL arrives in Madison this week. I spoke with cast member Ben Fankhauser, who broke onto the Broadway stage in the original cast of NEWSIES THE MUSICAL.

As soon as Julia Knitel took the stage at the grand piano and opened her mouth to sing, she channeled every nuance of the legendary Carole King. Based on the inspiring true story of treasured Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Carole King, BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL certainly lives up to its title. This charming, swiftly-paced production continues performances at the Ohio Theatre through June 11.

BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL opened strongly at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton. With glitzy production numbers, skilled performances from the cast and a lot of heart, BEAUTIFUL lives up to its name - it truly is beautiful.
