This outrageous one-man play takes us to the lavish home (well…basement) of Barbra Streisand, where we attempt to navigate this leading lady's personal shopping mall through the eyes of her salesclerk, or the keeper of all things Barbra. Buyer and Cellar will star ETC veteran Nick Cearley (Next to Normal, The Great American Trailer Park Musical) and plays October 13 and runs through November 1, 2015. Directed by D. Lynn Meyers.

The Musical Theater Project presents PERFECTLY MARVELOUS: THE SONGS OF JOHN KANDER on Saturday, Oct. 31 (8pm) and Sunday, Nov. 1 (2pm) at the Allen Theatre at Playhouse Square.

Directed by Gary Abrahams, Green Room Award-winner Ash Flanders takes on Jonathan Tolins' funny one-man extravaganza which opens at 8pm Thursday 5 November 2015 at Arts Centre Melbourne, Fairfax Studio.

Over a decade since the legendary artist drew his final line drawing, he continues to inspire. Tonight, September 29, at 6:30PM, The Art Students League of New York (215 W 57th Street) will host a discussion on the art and influence of perhaps the most popular graphic artist of the 20th century.

Broadway highlights from the two programs featured in a new Monday night block of television variety.

As previously announced, Beverley Knight is to star in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Cats to play the role of Grizabella.  Returning to the London Palladium from 23 October 2015 in a strictly limited 11 week season, Cats is booking to 2 January 2016.  

To kick off Segerstrom Center for the Arts' brand new 2015-2016 Spotlight Series, the O.C. theatrical institution will welcome cast members of the Tony Award-winning New York company of the hysterical FORBIDDEN BROADWAY for the show's latest touring incarnation entitled Alive and Kicking! for a limited four-performance engagement at the Center's Samueli Theater from October 1-4. Seattle Repertory Theatre's 2015-2016 season was announced today by Acting Artistic Director Braden Abraham. The season is headlined by the new musical Come from Away, Ayad Akhtar's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama Disgraced and the world premiere of R. Hamilton Wright's Sherlock Holmes and the American Problem.
