The Colony Theatre will present the third production of its historic 40thAnniversary season, the West Coast Premiere of HANDLE WITH CARE by Jason Odell Williams, directed by Karen Carpenter. HANDLE WITH CARE will preview tonight, November 5; Thursday, November 6; and Friday, November 7 at 8:00pm. It will open on Saturday, November 8 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, December 14, with no performances Thanksgiving week.

The Attic Theater Company presents THE FACE OF HEAVEN, a staged reading of a new play by John Tillotson, directed by Laura Braza. Libra Theater Company, in association with The TR?F, presents the World Premiere of ROYAL FABLES a new musical that explores the lives of classic and not-so-classic fairy tale princesses. Featuring book, music and lyrics by Nick Luckenbaugh, the production is directed by Megan Mekjian starring a cast of 18. Previews begin October 30 at Access Theater.

Atlantic Theater Company has announced that Annie MacRae has been appointed the company's Associate Artistic Director.

It is my pleasure to announce that the upcoming production of Into The Woods at the Laura Pels Theatre will feature the original McCarter Theatre Center/Fiasco Theater cast. These ten extraordinary actors are Jessie Austrian (Baker's Wife), Noah Brody (Lucinda/Wolf/Cinderella's Prince), Paul L. Coffey (Mysterious Man), Andy Grotelueschen (Milky White/Florinda/Rapunzel's Prince), Liz Hayes (Cinderella's Stepmother/Jack's Mother), Claire Karpen (Cinderella/Granny),Jennifer Mudge (Witch), Patrick Mulryan (Jack/Steward), Ben Steinfeld (Baker), and Emily Young (Little Red Ridinghood/Rapunzel). As you know, Noah Brody and Ben Steinfeld (co-Artistic Directors, along with Jessie Austrian, of Fiasco Theater) are also directing this thrillingly imaginative iteration of the musical.

This holiday season, get ready for more outrageously delightful songs and charmingly naughty puppets, as New Conservatory Theatre Center presents the return of its sold-out, record-breaking hit Avenue Q, with music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx, book by Jeff Whitty, based on an original concept by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx.
