The York Theatre Company, dedicated to the development of new musicals and the preservation of musical gems from the past, presents the first of three shows in the Winter 2017 Musicals in Mufti Series: the 1961 musical Milk and Honey, with book by Don Appell, and music and lyrics by Jerry Herman. A friendly reminder that performances begin Saturday afternoon, January 28, 2017 for 11-performances only through February 5, 2017 at the York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue).

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Evans Haile, Interim Executive Director; David McCoy, Chairman of the Board), dedicated to the development of new musicals and the preservation of musical gems from the past, has announced American operatic bass-baritone Mark Delavan (Tosca), Broadway's Alix Korey (Fiddler on the Roof) and Anne Runolfsson (The Phantom of the Opera) will lead the cast of the 1961 musical Milk and Honey.

Following nineteen sold out shows, SONDHEIM UNPLUGGED, the acclaimed and award-winning cabaret series, will conclude with a twentieth and final installment on Monday, November 28 at 7pm at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. Following eighteen sold out shows, the hit cabaret series, SONDHEIM UNPLUGGED, will continue for an nineteenth installment, Sunday, October 30 at 7pm at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. Sondheim Unplugged is currently celebrating the second year of it's smash run, having begun this journey of celebrating Sondheim in July of 2010. The series will close, following an unprecedented 17 month run, with it's 20th performance on Monday, November 28 @ 7pm.

The matinee is part of The Town Hall's Seventh Annual Broadway Cabaret Festival, which is now being presented In a new format of three consecutive weeks.
