The producers of the new musical Bandstand, directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton), have just announced that Tony Award winner Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone), Joe Carroll (Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella), Brandon James Ellis (Once), James Nathan Hopkins (What's It All About: Bacharach Reimagined), Geoff Packard (Matilda) and Joey Pero(Broadway debut) will join previously announced stars, Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes (Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella) and Corey Cott (Gigi).

Laura Osnes' journey to Broadway was anything but ordinary. The producers of Bandstand have announced that the new musical will play the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre this spring with previews beginning March 31, 2017 in advance of an April 26 opening night.

#EduHam is a series of HAMILTON Wednesday matinees made available to New York City schools with a high concentration of students from low-income families for the ticket price of only $10. This educational partnership, made possible through a $1.46 million grant by The Rockefeller Foundation, is not only providing 20,000 NYC public school students with the opportunity to see HAMILTON on Broadway, but provides educational material by Gilder Lehrman to incorporate material from the musical into the American History curriculum. As previously announced, HAMILTON, the critically acclaimed and multi-award winning Broadway musical will open at the end of 2017 at the Victoria Palace Theatre, London which is currently undergoing an extensive multi-million-pound refurbishment. The producers are delighted to be able to confirm that tickets for the London production of HAMILTON, will go on sale in January 2017.
