New York City's Soho Rep celebrates its thirty-fifth anniversary with the publishing and official release of The Soho Rep Book on December 12, 2011

Nominees for the 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® for outstanding performances in 2011 in five film and eight primetime television categories and for the SAG honors for outstanding action performances by film and television stunt ensembles were announced this morning in Los Angeles at the Pacific Design Center's SilverScreen Theater in West Hollywood. Sundance Institute announced today the films selected to screen in the out-of-competition Premieres and Documentary Premieres sections of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Included in this year's line-up is Price Check, featuring Cheyenne Jackson, Parker Posey, and Annie Parisse.The Festival will be held January 19 through 29 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. As the hit new musical BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL entered its final two weeks of performances this past weekend in Los Angeles, several celebrity guests were in attendance at the Ahmanson Theatre.

A THOUSAND WORDS is coming to theaters on March 23, 2012 from Dreamworks Pictures. The family comedy is directed by Brian Robbins and written by Steve Koren. Starring Eddie Murphy, the cast also includes Allison Janney, Ariel Winter, Kerry Washington, Cliff Curtis, Clark Duke, John Witherspoon.

Academy Award-nominated actress Mary Badham who played Scout in To Kill a Mockingbird, one of the most poignant films in cinematic history, will appear at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey on Monday, November 7 and Tuesday, November 8 at 7:30 p.m.

Ashok Amritraj's Hyde Park International has picked up international rights to Josh Radnor's LIBERAL ARTS. Radnor wrote, directed and stars in this light-hearted drama with an ensemble cast that includes Elizabeth Olsen, Richard Jenkins, Allison Janney and Zac Efron. HPI's president Ruzanna Kegeyan will be spearheading sales on the project at the upcoming American Film Market.

Block will join the Tony Award winning company of Anything Goes performing the role of 'Reno Sweeney' while Sutton Foster is filming the television pilot, Bunheads, for 3 weeks in November. Specific dates have been announced today and Block will officially be stepping into the role November 4 through November 22.
