Work Light Productions has announced the complete cast for the National Tour of MOTOWN THE MUSICAL.

Due to popular demand, Tony Scialli's world premiere musical The Dragon Slayer will get and additional performance on Saturday, January 21 at 3:30pm as part of Winterfest at the 2017 New York Theatre Festival.

Tony Scialli's musical The Dragon Slayer, directed by Andrea Andresakis with musical direction by Kenneth McQueen III, will get its world premiere as part of Winterfest at the 2017 New York Theatre Festival.  The show will get three initial performances between January 9 - 14, 2017 at the Hudson Guild Theatre (459 West 26 Street). A concert highlighting songs from the epic Broadway-Bound musical 'Akhenaten the Musical' is slated for tonight, May 1st at The Triad.

The starry lineup is now complete for the concert highlighting songs from the epic Broadway-Bound musical 'Akhenaten the Musical' on May 1st at The Triad. The Tony Nominee for Motown, Charl Brown, will join Broadway favorites N'Kenge (Motown the Musical, Sondheim on Sondheim) and Ted Keegan (Phantom of the Opera, Sweeney Todd). Also previously announced to perform were Seph Stanek (Naked Boys Singing), John Lucas, Sahar Milani, Alia Munsch, and Erik Ransom.

Some of Broadway's brightest talents will perform highlights from the epic Broadway-Bound musical "Akhenaten the Musical" on May 1 at 9:00pm at The Triad. Written by June Rachelson-Ospa (Triangle, currently at 13th St. Rep) and Daniel Neiden (Tempest-The Musical at Cherry Lane Theater). Winter in Westchester heats up with the regional community theatre premiere of the contemporary, Caribbean-flavored musical, Once on This Island. With a book and score penned by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (the Broadway-bound ROCKY, Ragtime), Once on This Island is a highly original and theatrical adaptation of the popular fairy tale The Little Mermaid. In almost non-stop song and dance, the show tells the story of Ti Moune, a peasant girl who rescues and falls in love with Daniel, a wealthy boy from the other side of her island. Fun for the whole family!
