Tony Award-winner Alfie Boe, the British tenor acclaimed for his role as 'Jean Valjean' in the widely watched 2010 25th anniversary special televised concert at London's O2 arena of LES MISERABLES, again in the West End's 2011 production, and in Broadway's current revival, just took over the role of 'J.M. Tony Award-winner Alfie Boe, the British tenor acclaimed for his role as 'Jean Valjean' in the widely watched 2010 25th anniversary special televised concert at London's O2 arena of LES MISERABLES, again in the West End's 2011 production, and in Broadway's current revival, takes over the role of 'J.M. Barrie' in Broadway's FINDING NEVERLAND tonight, March, 29.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Paul Slade Smith, who originated the role of Mr. Henshaw in Broadway's Finding Neverland, will succeed Kelsey Grammer in the role of Charles Frohman/Captain Hook starting April 5th. 

Theatre fans love to fantasy cast revivals, but what if the show you're casting played on Broadway earlier than it actually did.

Following last night's rumor that Kelsey Grammer could be flying across the pond to join FINDING NEVERLAND in London, the Broadway production has announced that the Emmy Award-winner will remain onstage in New York City for an extra week, through Sunday, April 3.

Beginning tonight, March 1, Broadway's Finding Neverland welcomes Sally Ann Triplett (THE LAST SHIP, CARRIE) as 'Madame du Maurier' for a run through May 1, 2016.

Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? Today's big news: ECLIPSED begins on Broadway tonight, and SOUTHERN COMFORT starts up at The Public!

It's official! Tony Award-winner Alfie Boe, the British tenor acclaimed for his role as 'Jean Valjean' in the widely watched 2010 25th anniversary special televised concert at London's O2 arena of LES MISERABLES, and then again in the West End's 2011 production, will take over the role of 'J.M. Barrie' in Broadway's FINDING NEVERLAND on Tuesday, March, 29. No word yet on whether he will travel with the show when it returns to London in January 2017. 

Broadway's Finding Neverland will officially be following the second star to the right and flying back to London in January 2017, as rumored over the weekend. The show's official website lists a winter 2017 bow in the West End.

Owen-Jones arrived in New York City earlier this week to begin the rehearsal process, and he checked in with BroadwayWorld to chat about his Broadway return. Check out the full interview below!
