Tomorrow night's episode of THE GOLDBERGS on ABC pays tribute to the Broadway musical LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS.

DISNEY'S BROADWAY HITS, a concert celebrating two decades of Disney Theatrical's stage musicals on Broadway, the West End and around the world, premiered last night at London's Royal Albert Hall. Featuring an appearance by Tony and eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken - who received an immediate and sustained standing ovation - and the 74 piece BBC Concert Orchestra under the baton of Keith Lockhart, the evening ended with a surprise appearance by the West End cast of Aladdin in a performance of the show-stopping 'Friend Like Me.'

Celebrating over 20 years of successful Disney shows on Broadway, the West End and around the World, including smash hits such as Mary Poppins, The Lion King and Aladdin, as well as shorter-running productions, King David, Tarzan and Aida, an all-star cast brought the magic of the movies to the stage at the Royal Albert Hall last night, in the European premiere of Disney's Broadway Hits.

Once in a very rare moment do you see community art shine, shine like a diamond in the rough, shine like nothing you could have hoped to find there. South Florida's acclaimed Slow Burn Theatre Company has announced its upcoming 2016-17 season, featuring four blockbuster musicals that will be presented exclusively at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.

The latest release from new YouTube series, davidrowen/creative, is an a cappella arrangement of the short tune, 'One Jump Ahead (Reprise),' written by Alan Menken and Tim Rice for the 1992 Disney animated classic, Aladdin.

A delightful Little Shop of Horrors is the latest offering from Long Island's SoLuna Studio. Based on the classic 1960 film, writer Howard Ashman pens - and writes the lyrics for - the theatre staple's heartfelt story and Alan Menken's music is a fun fusion of 1960s rock and roll, doo-wop and Motown. You will probably be familiar with the score's popular tunes including the title song and 'Suddenly, Seymour'. The Hauppauge venue's enjoyable incarnation runs through October 30th and Artistic Director Karen Braun excellently directs the talented cast who effortlessly delivers in each of their performances.

The charming, kooky and hilarious musical cult classic Little Shop of Horrors comes to the Lyceum Theatre from Monday 7 - Saturday 12 November, starring The X Factor finalist Rhydian Roberts.

"Little Shop of Horrors," the musical hit, will 'plant' itself at Atlantic City's historic Dante Hall for a limited run of performances starting Friday, Oct. 28 at 8 p.m., just in time for the Halloween holiday.

As previously reported, Denmark's Fredericia Theater will welcome Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz's THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME to the stage this autumn. This Scandinavian premiere of the musical will open tonight, October 14, 2016 before travelling to Copenhagen the following summer at The Royal Theater's Old Stage on June 23, 2017.
