The London Musical Theatre Orchestra is delighted to announce the cast for its much anticipated Christmas concert; the hit Broadway musical, 'A Christmas Carol'.

The Wick Theatre will have audiences jumping for joy with their second show of the season, Sister Act.

Nevada Thespians, the state chapter of the Educational Theatre Association, in conjunction with The Clark County School District will be presenting the amateur premier of The Hunchback of Notre Dame: A New Musical on November 25, 26, 27, & 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm & 7:00 pm at the Cashman Theatre.

 Coming to Buffalo for the first time, Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID, will bring the beloved fairy tale to life on stage August 15-20, 2017 for eight performances at Shea's Buffalo Theatre, presented by Shea's Performing Arts Center and Albert Nocciolino.  Audiences of all ages are sure to fall in love with this underwater spectacular! Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID is produced by Pittsburgh CLO & Kansas City Starlight.

Showtunes Theatre Company has announced their highly anticipaeted holiday concert musical LEAP OF FAITH. The talented cast of local musical theatre professionals will 'rise up' gospel-style for two performances at Benaroya Hall on December 3 at 8pm and December 4 at 2pm. Several weeks ago, in my review of Baldwin Wallace University's production of WEST SIDE STORY I stated, 'BWU's Music Theater program is nationally recognized for its quality, as evidenced by the number of its graduates who have light up the Broadway theater scene and touring productions. Of those in the WEST SIDE STORY cast I stated: 'Broadway bound? Colton Ryan, though not the tall macho leading man type, should find a place on the Great White Way in roles for the young, clean scrubbed type who have big voices.'

Beauty and the Beast is directed by Mark Burbank, with music direction by Jeannie Cross, and choreography by Stacy Hawking.
