Set in two worlds hundreds of years apart, this world premiere event written by acclaimed playwright Samantha Macher (To The New Girl, Warbride), is a brutal look at war in a dystopian future, and the haunting of firearm heiress Sarah Winchester. This is Banned is produced by the critically acclaimed A Theatre Connection and SkyPilot Theatre Company.

Moviegoers who are eagerly anticipating the December 13 release of the epic fantasy adventure 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug,' will be able to secure their seats nearly a month in advance when tickets go on sale, online and in theaters in the U.S., on Thursday, November 21 at 9:00 AM ET. For NINE, DOMA reunites the creative team behind its recent hit production of Dreamgirls: Marco Gomez directs, musical direction is by Chris Raymond and choreography is by Rae Toledo. The six-week run opens July 12at the intimate MET Theatre in Hollywood.

Ten years after its debut on a Nashville stage-which led to an off-Broadway run-Jay Kholos' A Stoop on Orchard Street this weekend returns to the stage in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, kicking off a three-month run that will take the company, including many of Nashville's best and brightest, to Philadelphia, New York and other points northeastward.

Now at Doma Theatre, the current production of Xanadu is not quite up to their Jekyll & Hyde, but satisfying nonetheless, and certainly with enough colorfully entertaining qualities to make it worth your while as a respite from the end of summer heat.
