While we have already featured his shows COMPANY, FOLLIES, A CHORUS LINE and DREAMGIRLS - and even took a look at the recent smash hit revival of PROMISES, PROMISES starring Sean Hayes and Kristin Chenoweth - today's triple dose of clips (with a few surprises) is undoubtedly as close as one can get to theatrical crack cocaine: "Turkey Lurkey Time" from the original Broadway production of PROMISES, PROMISES, "Fifty Percent" from BALLROOM performed by Dorothy Loudon and - one of the most elaborate numbers in Tony Awards history - "Always Mademoiselle" from COCO starring Katharine Hepburn. Off-Broadway's Irish Repertory Theatre presented its 2011 Annual Benefit Gala, a concert performance on Broadway of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's CAMELOT yesterday, June 6 at The Shubert Theatre. Charlotte Moore, who directed last year's acclaimed concert staging of BRIGADOON on Broadway and helms the Irish Repertory's current production of Dion Boucicault's THE SHAUGHRAUN, adapted and directed. Bill Hanney's all new North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT) opens its 2011 season with the classic Broadway smash hit musical, MY FAIR LADY playing from June 7 - 19. Press night is scheduled for Wednesday, June 8 at 7:30 p.m.

Charlotte Moore, who directed last year's acclaimed concert staging of BRIGADOON on Broadway and helms the Irish Repertory's current production of Dion Boucicault's THE SHAUGHRAUN, directs a cast of Broadway stars.

Theatrical legend Alan Jay Lerner died 25 years ago on June 14th. He was the lyricist of many famous musicals including BRIGADOON, PAINT YOUR WAGON, CAMELOT, GIGI, ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER and, most famously, MY FAIR LADY.

SOUTH PACIFIC star Kelli O'Hara will release her second solo album under the Sh-K-Boom/Ghostlight label. The album, entitled Always, features 13 tracks consisting of a collection of Broadway favorites from MY FAIR LADY and SOUTH PACIFIC, as well as songs by Irving Berlin and Ricky Ian Gordon among others. The album is set to be release May 31, 2011.

Welcome home Miss Doolittle! It's so loverly to finally greet you. An innovative and fresh reinterpretation of My Fair Lady brings Eliza Doolittle's London vibrantly to life and reinvigorates the memorable melodies and lyrics of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe. Molly Smith, Artistic Director of Washington D.C.'s Arena Stage, returns to The Shaw to direct a delight for the senses. MY FAIR LADY will officially open at the Shaw Festival on May 28, 2011.

For this exclusive run, her new show 'You Make Me Feel So Young' features over a dozen songs new to her repertoire. She will include standards by Alan Jay Lerner, George Gershwin and Leslie Bricusse, in addition to jazz classics and numbers made famous by Frank Sinatra. All shows are at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).

Their partnership was one of Broadway and Hollywood's longest runs. Together, Betty Comden and Adolph Green wrote words that gave life to On the Town, Wonderful Town, Bells are Ringing and Singin' in the Rain. Phyllis Newman, Tony Award-winner and Green's wife of more than four decades, summons the essence of their genius - irreverence, humanity, sophisticated wit and joy - in the Lyrics & Lyricists™ season closer Carried Away: Being Comden and Green on May 21, 22 and 23. Joining her are vocalists Sarah Uriarte Berry, Josh Grisetti, Marcus Lovett, Mary Testa and Zakiya Young, with special guest vocalist Leslie Uggams.
