The 2012 Do Something Awards honor 'the nation's best, young world-changers, 25 and under' for community service and were presented and taped on August 19, 2012, at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif. Among the nominees are GLEE and its stars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith, Evita's Ricky Martin (alongside Nicki Minaj in the style category), Death of a Salesman's Andrew Garfield, Broadway, movie and television star Neil Patrick Harris, and American Idol and American Idiot alumnus Adam Lambert. The ceremony will be broadcast tonight, August 21 at 9 p.m. ET on VH1.

AntiMatter Collective will present Adam Scott Mazer's (Death Valley) post-apocalyptic sci-fi tragicomedy, MOTHERBOARD, September 28-October 14 at The Secret Theatre (44 02 23rd Street, Long Island City).

Entertainment Weekly reports that Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard, Adam Scott, and Simon Helberg have signed on to present at the 2012 DO SOMETHING AWARDS to air on VH1. The actors will join previously announced presenters Ashley Greene and Jordin Sparks.

The first trailer for the comedy BACHELORETTE, an adaptation of Leslye Headland's off-Broadway show, has just been released. The film stars Isla Fisher, Kirsten Dunst, Adam Scott and James Marsden. Following the successful premiere of COMEDY BANG! BANG! on IFC, Scott Aukerman will be embarking on a multi-city tour bringing his brand of comic absurdity to fans across the country.

IFC announced at its first ever Upfront the slate of guest stars that will be sitting down to chat with host Scott Aukerman (co-creator/director/producer, Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis; writer/performer, Mr. Show) on his new comedy series, Comedy Bang! Bang!, which riffs on the well-known format of the late night talk show.

THE COMEDY AWARDS (#comedyawards) are back and better than, well, last year, when the second annual event airs on COMEDY CENTRAL on Sunday, May 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.

On Thursday, April 26, fans of NBC's PARKS AND RECREATION (Thursdays, 9:30-10 p.m. ET) were treated to a special director's cut featuring five additional minutes of that night's episode which was directed by series star Amy Poehler.
