Joe's Pub Announces its line up for the week of May 1 - May 6. MAY 1-6: LORI LIEBERMAN Sunday, May 1 at 7:30 PM Best known for the hit song, Killing Me Softly, Liebman's honest and heartfelt lyrics, coupled with her haunting, and beautiful melodies, cut through to the heart of the listener.

Jackie Hoffman's sold-out JACKIE FIVE-OH! will perform two added shows at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street) Monday, May 23 and Monday, May 30, both at 7:30 pm.

This will be the final extension for the critically-acclaimed show, which began in December and has extended three times previously due to popular demand. Hoffman will also perform Monday evening, May 2 at 7:30 pm at a previously announced benefit performance of JACKIE FIVE-OH! for The Actors Fund.

After two extensions, Peter and the Starcatcher will now close on Sunday, April 24.

SISTER ACT began preview performances March 24 and opens tonight Wednesday, April 20, 2011. SISTER ACT features an original score with music by multi-Academy, Grammy and Golden Globe Award-winning composer Alan Menken, lyrics by Tony Award-nominee Glenn Slater, a book by multi-Emmy Award winners Cheri and Bill Steinkellner, and additional book material by Douglas Carter Beane. In the all-new JACKIE FIVE-OH!, the blisteringly funny, filter-free Hoffman muses on her own decay at 50, her career of playing 'bit' parts, her thoughts about being in The Addams Family and an array of other topics running the gamut from Queen Latifah to Kristen Chenoweth. Hoffman also sings five new original songs (written with musical director Bobby Peaco).
