A wickedly fun new comedy that skewers our reality-TV politics and the stories we tell about ourselves, Bootstraps by Kathryn Funkhouser premieres at the Chain Theatre as part of the New York Fringe's Fringe BYOV in a production directed by Chris Morrissey.
Created by the team behind the critically acclaimed 2015 production of Heather Smiley for President, the musical has a book and lyrics by Tom Attea, with music composed by Arthur Abrams. The production is directed by Mark Marcante. THE FOLK SINGER will play a limited engagement through October 23rd.

The Original Broadway Cast of CRIMES OF THE HEART will reunite next Tuesday, October 27th, for a reading of the play at the Fairfield Theatre Company in Fairfield, CT. FTC Board Member and Tony Nominee, Mia Dillon will join original cast members Mary Beth Hurt, Liz McKay, Sharon Ullrick, and Ray Baker for this one night presentation.
