Tonight, April 19th, 2021 8PM EST, QUEENS FOR A CAUSE takes to the screen! The revamped Leg Up On Life original show will feature brand new performances to raise money for the organizations Artist Grant and Scholarship Programs. The show will be hosted by Jackie Cox from Ru Paul's Drag Race season 12 and Leg Up On Life Executive Director, Daniel Gold.

Leg Up On Life's first show QUEENS FOR A CAUSE is making a triumphant return on April 19th, 2021 8PM EST.

The 2017-2018 GEICO ESPN High School Basketball Showcase will feature 11 games across ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNU from December to February.

Black Coffee Productions has announced casting for Curbside Waltz. 13-year-old Tre' Jones will star as Toby and 9-year-old Olivia Chun will star as Melinda in the short film.

Based on the 1994 Disney animated film of the same name, The Lion King tells the story of Simba, a young lion who is supposed to succeed his father Mufasa, as King of Pride Rock. But when Simba's Uncle Scar kills Mufasa, Simba runs away from home after being tricked into thinking that he was responsible. As he comes of age, Simba learns some valuable perspective to go back and take his rightful place as King.

The Orange County return of Disney's THE LION KING opens tonight, Thursday, October 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Segerstrom Hall for a limited engagement of four weeks through Sunday, November 1.

Broadway San Jose at the Center for the Performing Arts plays host to Disney's THE LION KING now through October 4 only. The Fort Lauderdale return of Disney's THE LION KING opens tonight, Friday, January 9 at 8:00 p.m. at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts for a limited engagement of four weeks through Sunday, February 1.

The national tour of THE LION KING returns to kick off the 10th Broadway In Boston season at the Boston Opera House, most fittingly as the musical reopened the venue following its historic renovation in 2004. Some of the effects have diminished over the years, but the opening night audience roared its approval.

In today's New York Post, columnist Michael Riedel notes that several New York producers have been down to see the show and that 'Superman' will surely have a life beyond Dallas, although some rights issues have to be cleared with DC Comics if it's to return to Broadway. As the Dallas Theater Center discovered, the show has a built-in audience.'
