Irvington Theater has announced casting details for their upcoming, sold-out Arts Incubator reading of playwright Rachel Yong's Statewide Self Storage at the Irvington Public Library on November 3 at 7:30pm.

After premiering nine plays in two online festivals during the height of lockdown, Irvington Theater will present their first in-person Arts Incubator event in years — hosted at the Irvington Public Library!

The Tank has announced initial programming for its annual PrideFest. Every year in June, The Tank opens the floor to a wide variety of performances and discussions surrounding the topics of sexuality, gender, and equality, old battles, and new ways of fighting them.

The Hearth Theater Company will present the World Premiere of Happy Life by Kathy Ng (Clubbed Thumb’s Early Career Writers’ Group; New Georges affiliated artist), directed by Kat Yen (Leah Winkler’s Two Mile Hollow; Noah Diaz’ The Juniors), July 22-August 6 at Walkerspace (46 Walker St, New York, NY 10013). 

The Fled Collective will collaborate with The 24 Hour Plays for a special edition of The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues tonight on Instagram @thefledcollective with additional behind the scenes content @24hourplays. Beginning at 6 PM, new monologues will be published every 15 minutes.

Brevity is the soul of Irvington Theater's inaugural Arts Incubator Short Play Fest, streaming on demand March 26-28. Celebrating short, new plays and the playwrights behind them, this virtual festival features a musical and three plays that speak candidly to this global moment.

The Flea will present the New York Premiere of THE OLD MASTERS. After a run at the First Look Repertory of New Work at Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago, Sam Marks' dark examination of marriage comes to The Flea. It will be directed by Resident Director Brandon Stock. Previews begin May 27 with opening night set for June 7.
