The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues will return for tonight on Instagram @24hourplays. A bold group of top actors and writers have been paired to create a set of all-new pieces. From 6 PM onward, the new monologues will be published, one every 15 minutes.

Harley (Danielle Williams) is undergoing a psychological evaluation after having been charged for a bank robbery. While the Doctor (Sharon Duffy) tries to get to the bottom of her bruises and prove her subjugation to her partner in crime and life Jay (Joseph Blunt in voiceover), the criminal slowly shows her hand. Written by Lucy Walters and directed by Georgia Leanne Harris for Tripped Theatre, Harley & Me is, unfortunately, a flawed and inconsequential piece of theatre.

Fresh out of prison, retired professional thief Daisy (aka 'Jett') Kowalski is reluctantly drawn back into doing what she does best after being forced to quit following the birth of her child. Narrowly completing a dangerous 'final' job, she finds herself pulled back into a series of assignments masterminded by ruthless criminals, who are determined to exploit her skills for their own ends.

The CINEMAX drama series WARRIOR begins its ten-episode season FRIDAY, APRIL 5 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT), it was announced today by Kary Antholis, president, HBO Miniseries and CINEMAX Programming. Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, the show is based on writings of martial arts legend Bruce Lee, and created and executive produced by Jonathan Tropper (CINEMAX's 'Banshee') under Tropper Ink Productions and Justin Lin on behalf of Perfect Storm Entertainment.

The CINEMAX drama series JETT begins its nine-episode season this June, it was announced today by Kary Antholis, president, HBO Miniseries and CINEMAX Programming. The show is created, written, directed and executive produced by Sebastian Gutierrez ('Gothika').

The LA Film Festival, produced by Film Independent, announced the winners of the 2018 Festival at the Awards Reception at the W Hotel in Hollywood presided over by Festival Director Jennifer Cochis and Film Independent President Josh Welsh. Based in part on the 1990 Elmore Leonard novel of the same name, the 10-episode original series follows Miles Daly (O'Dowd), a hitman from Nevada who tries to become a movie producer in Hollywood as a means to leave his criminal past behind and win back his recently-estranged family.  There, he meets Rick Moreweather (Romano), a washed up producer of low quality films who is desperately hanging on to the rungs of Hollywood relevancy and begrudgingly becomes Miles' partner and guide through the maze of show business.  See a special sneak peek from the new series below!
