Zachary Levi is set to headline the rock-climbing action thriller Free Fall, with Zoë Bell directing. Free Fall tells the story of a father’s attempt to reconcile with his estranged daughter in New Zealand on a rock-climbing trip that turns deadly as an accident leaves them stranded hundreds of feet in the air. As a storm sets in, the two must fight against the elements and terrifying heights in order to survive.

Written and performed by real-life couple David Carl and Katie Hartman, David and Katie Get Re-Married is a real time sweet and sour wedding betwixt a star-crossed couple who has broken up and reunited more frequently than Spiderman has been rebooted. 

“The King’s Man,” the prequel to the previous two movies in the “Kingsman” film franchise—“Kingsman: The Secret Service” and “Kingsman: The Golden Circle”—unfolds the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency through a story that features a collection of history’s worst tyrants. The score is by Matthew Margeson and Dominic Lewis.

Rogue Machine brings Frank Capra’s iconic holiday film, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” to the stage in this hilarious and heartwarming one-person show starring Leo Marks. Part fan frenzy and part tour-de-force, it’s a celebration of cinematic storytelling and the differences, big and small, that one person can make in the lives of others. 

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, the film told the story of Martin Harris, a doctor who lost his memory after a car accident and woke up to find his identity taken and the target of mysterious assassins. 

Each year a new class, comprised of one to two MFA Playwrights, will be given a commission through the partnership. Playwrights awarded The Finish Line Commission will be given a week-long workshop culminating in a public reading, a financial reward, and an assurance that the play will have an opportunity for a world premiere production at Cygnet.
