Campsongs Productions has announced the on-sale of world premiere musical HOUSE MUSICAL: COMING OF AGE IN THE AGE OF HOUSE, celebrating Chicago's famed house music scene at the legendary Warehouse club. HOUSE MUSICAL runs April 21 - April 30, 2023 at the Center on Halsted's Hoover-Leppen Theatre, with a preview performance on April 21.

Campsongs Productions returns with the world premiere of House Musical - Coming of Age in the Age of House, with book by Marcus Waller, music by Scott Free (with Michael Foley) and lyrics by Scott Free and Marcus Waller. House Musical is directed by Dion Walton, and will run April 20th - April 30th, 2023 at the Center On Halsted's Hoover-Leppen Theatre.

Porchlight Music Theatre begins its sixth season of Chicago's "lost" musicals in staged concert series with Porchlight Revisits 1776, music and lyrics by Sherman Edwards and book by Peter Stone with direction by Artistic Director Michael Weber, musical direction by Jeremy Ramey and musical staging by Michelle Lauto. Porchlight Revisits 1776 is presented for only three performances Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 15 at 2 and 7:30 p.m. at The Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Jordan Seavey, the acclaimed and prolific playwright whose play HOMOS, OR EVERYONE IN AMERICA will receive its Chicago premiere courtesy of Pride Films and Plays, will take questions from audience members after the play's final preview performance on Sunday September 2 in the Broadway, Pride Arts Center at 4139 N.
