Returning to Leicester Square Theatre for a triumphantly tipsy fourth year, festive hit A Pissedmas Carol combines cast members from Sh!t-faced Showtime and Sh!t-faced Shakespeare for an all-singing, tipple-slinging, merriment-bringing truly alternative Christmas knees-up you won’t have seen before. 

Sh!tfaced Showtime and Leicester Square Theatre have rescheduled shows to run throughout January! And since the show is led by the improvisation of an inebriated person, audiences needn't fear it will be too Christmassy, it could be about LITERALLY ANYTHING in the end.

By the pricking of my thumbs, something tipsy this way comes. Iambic pentameter? No, Sh!tfaced Shakespeare is all about inebriated pentameter. After all the various British lockdowns and subsequent theatre closures, the company are back at Leicester Square Theatre to bring the Bard to masses in gallant boozy fashion. After all, there’s nothing like a hilarious tragedy.

Magnificent Bastard Productions reveal the latest Christmas ace up their sleeve, presenting A Pissedmas Carol. In true Shit-faced Showtime fashion, they grab a beloved story and transform it into a jolly ol' drunken time by having a member of the cast highly inebriated before the curtain goes up.

Recent RADA graduate Freddie Stewart has been cast in the title role in Shakespeare's HENRY V, in a site-specific production that marks award-winning Antic Disposition's 10th anniversary. Antic Disposition has won critical acclaim for staging visually striking productions in spectacular historic buildings, including Middle Temple Hall. HENRY V, boasting a joint British and French cast, will be staged in London's ancient Temple Church from tonight 24 August - Saturday 5 September 2015.
