When you combine an accomplished vocalist, an accomplished pianist, and accomplished arranger all in one individual, you have the dynamic Diane Marino.

M&M Records Recording Artist Diane Marino has recorded, performed, and shared the stage with jazz legends Houston Person, Joe Henderson, Wycliffe Gordon, Harry Allen, Pete Escovedo, Tania Maria, Kirk Whalum, pop music icon Felix Cavaliere and more.

Diane has performed at Blues Alley - D.C., Vitello’s Jazz Club - L.A., Bethesda Blues & Jazz - D.C., Le Cirque Café – NYC, Trumpets Jazz Club in NJ, The Metropolitan Room-NYC, Montreux Atlanta Festival, The Mezz-Charleston, SC, Germantown Performing Arts Center, The Culture Center- Charleston WVA, Town Point Jazz Festival, Music City Jazz & Heritage Festival, WorkPlay Theatre, BayFest, Jazz n’ June Huntsville, Minnetrista Cultural Center Jazz Series, Churchill Grounds Atlanta, Riverfest, Jazz In The Valley, Music Midtown, Bowling Green International Festival, The Jazz Factory, HarborFest, Main Street Jazz Festival, City Stages, Three Rivers Music Festival, Jazz Junction, Bele Chere Music Festival, Franklin Jazz Festival, Summer Lights Music Festival, Celebration of The Arts USCS, and more.

"Loads of Love” (2013) is the recent CD release by pianist/vocalist Diane Marino, features legendary saxophonist Houston Person who also produced the CD. Timeless vocal standards from the Great American Songbook, arranged by Diane Marino. “Loads of Love” is Diane Marino’s fifth album, all on the M&M label. Houston Person, appears as a guest artist on the tenor sax, and more important, has lent a creative direction as producer of the album. But equally important here, as a producer he has a sweepingly broad knowledge of the American popular songbook, and an approach that focuses on the melody. This approach combines neatly with Diane Marino’s sensibilities and they’ve known each other for several years and collaborated before. On this album, they join together to explore the ballads and blues. These aspects of jazz inform the best sides of Diane’s interpretations of these standards, with her own arrangements that puts an individual spin on the chestnuts.
Sid Gribetz - WKCR-FM NYC

Diane’s CD, “From The Heart” (2011) clearly defines the artist. An eclectic blend of Vocal and Instrumental Mainstream, Brazilian and Latin Jazz.... Creative and refreshing arrangements...along with stellar performances by all. A definitive collection of favorite tracks – from Diane’s 3 previous CD’s.

Critically acclaimed, ‘Just Groovin’ (2008) is a stellar collection featuring twelve wonderful re-interpretations of pop standards from the sixties. “These are not copies of other versions. Diane's fantastic voice and arranging is a breath of fresh air for these tunes, reminding us once again that a great song can be interpreted in any number of styles”… Bob Perry – The Penthouse Radio.

Diane’s CD ‘On the Street Where You Live’ (2004), also received national and international acclaim and proves once again that Diane is a natural whether playing, singing, or both.

Diane’s debut CD ‘A Sleepin’ Bee’ (2003) This CD offers a wide array of vocal and instrumental traditional jazz standards, Latin jazz, and Brazilian jazz (sung in Portuguese) and received national and international acclaim, extensive radio airplay and rave reviews.

Singer/pianist Diane Marino was born in Manhattan, NYC. She received her early piano training of classical studies and improvisation from the age of 10. Diane was accepted on NYC’S ‘Famed’ High School for the Performing Arts as a classical piano major. She later attended and graduated from Mannes College of Music in Manhattan where she studied piano with world-renowned concert pianist Murray Perahia.
